|| HOW TO ORDER ||

1. Add all details into the personalisation box.
2. Send us an email to: signatureroseprints@gmail.com

Please double check all details are spelt correctly.

We will then send you an e-proof for you to double check all the details. Any adjustments if needed can then be made. Then your order will be printed and dispatched to you.

|| SIZING ||

We print on a heavyweight 300gsm smooth white card, with a quality envelope. You can choose from white, ivory textured, black or recycled kraft. Please can sure this is noted when ordering.

Main Invitation and The Details Card is 7x5 inch, RSVP card is A6 (10.5 x 14.8cm).

|| PACKAGING & POSTAGE ||

We package all our wedding invitations in tissue paper, and posted in a postal box. We aim to turn around e-proofs within 1-3 working days, and then orders are printed and dispatched within 5-7 days and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post.

|| REFUND POLICY ||

We do not accept any returns or refunds on any of our personalised products unfortunately. If there are any issues with an order once received, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
